He was so very helpful from start to finish and took care of any questions we had. The whole crew was amazing to watch these guy redo our roof in 7 hours from start to finish was unbelievable. Huge shout out to Nick Pittman and Rick’s Roofing!! These guys came in at 7am Saturday, worked till dark, then came back for 3 hours Sunday, worked in the rain and finished the roof. I haven’t seen this level of professionalism in contractors the entire year we were remolding our house. I’m so impressed with thier work, attention to detail, and clean up was top notch. This crew contained 11 men and they were all joking around and laughing, and it just seemed like they really enjoyed their craft. It was very refreshing to witness. I highly recommend them

A special shout out to Michael Cole who has personally walked us through every step and even helped us get TWIA to approve a full reroof after they initially rejected our claim. My property received hail damage from a storm back in May of 2019. I contacted Colton at Rick’s Roofing and he quickly stopped by to inspect the damage. Once he identified the amount of damage, we contacted my insurance company (Farmer’s) and Colton ran with everything from there on out. Colton coordinated a meeting with the insurance appraiser, which agreed with Colton’s findings. It was a completely painless process getting the repairs made and my new roof looks great! The crew arrived on time, were respectful of the property and completed the entire job in just one day. Colton was easy to reach during the entire process and promptly addressed any questions that I had. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for any upcoming work at my house.

Rick’s Roofing was exceptional to work with. All seven homes, that were originally constructed between 2006 – 2007, on my street were impacted by a hailstorm in May of 2017. While the process to affect closure with my insurance company was long and arduous, Colton worked with me until my insurance claim was ultimately finalized. He coordinated repairs to my roof that tied me over for the 17 months it took to finalize my claim. He completed the work within a single week’s time.
